Uniting for Sustainable Water Solutions in Grant County

In a resolute step towards securing adequate public water supplies for the residents of Grant County, the local government entities of Grant County, including Grant County itself, the Town of Silver City, the Town of Hurley, the Village of Santa Clara, and the City of Bayard, have come together in an extraordinary display of collaboration. The joint effort has resulted in the amendment to the Joint Powers Agreement, establishing the Grant County Water Commission (GCWC) and ensuring the efficient and continued operation of this crucial entity.
